Sharadiya Dasgupta
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sharadiya is Managing Director of Good Capital Project. She has worked across asset management firms in institutional client businesses, and in corporate banking. She aims to leverage her experience and learning of "mainstream" financial services in her current pursuit of enabling capital movement towards segments that need it the most.  She has a BSc in mathematics and statistics, an MBA from Indian School of Business, and an MPA with a focus on economic policy from Columbia University. She lives in New York City.

Heather McGee Teodoro
Senior Associate

Heather is a Senior Associate on the Good Capital Project team, where she works across multiple initiatives providing business development and partnership building support. Prior to the Good Capital Project Heather worked as a Program Associate for the Pershing Square Foundation, and she is currently a graduate student earning her MPA at NYU Wagner, specializing in Social Impact, Innovation, and Investment.

Grace Stone
Associate

Grace is an Associate on the Good Capital Project team. She focuses on operations, project management, and supporting various initiatives. Prior to Good Capital Project, she lived in Jordan and worked at an NGO called Syrians Across Borders. She was later the COO of an ed tech startup that grew through Princeton Keller Center’s accelerator program. Grace holds a BA in politics from Princeton University. She grew up in Chicago, is fluent in Arabic, and is committed to social impact.

Fabienne Blanc
Operations Associate

Fabienne, a native of France, was raised by parents who were enthusiastic early adopters of organic gardening. She ate fantastic fresh food throughout her childhood, and to this day strives to re-create those wonderful tastes for her friends and family. After studying law in France, she moved to San Francisco to join her husband and raise her children.

Cia Lindgren
Art Director

As the Art Director for Conscious Company, Cia Lindgren’s keen eye and mastery of graphic design is pivotal in crafting the brand’s aesthetic. Originally from Sweden, Cia holds a degree from the Art Institute of Colorado and has managed her own design studio specializing in print design and direct marketing since 2009. When not designing, she can be found skiing and snowboarding around her home in Fort Collins, CO and spending time with her family.

Rolo Garcia
Web Engineer

As the primary technical contact at Good Capital Project, Rolo is responsible for keeping all website operations working flawlessly. Additionally, he manages web design and development projects at Intentional Media where he enjoys providing his technical expertise in delivering sophisticated content and web application programs that are used by thousands to help discover and further inspire their potential in impact investing and social entrepreneurship.

Helen Sacco
Intern

Helen is an intern with the Good Capital Project team. She is an MPA graduate student at NYU Wagner studying Social Impact, Innovation, and Investment. Her background is working with non-profit organizations helping low socioeconomic populations break the cycle of generational poverty. She spent 2 years working for a non-profit organization in Tampa, FL helping homeless, unaccompanied youth and young adults gain financial opportunities to afford higher education. She also worked for a non-profit organization in NYC helping low-income students achieve financial literacy by developing innovative programs.

Greg Waters
Intern

Greg is an intern with the Good Capital Project team. He is currently pursuing an MBA at NYU's Stern School of Business and spent his summer with Bridges Fund Management at its New York office. Prior to Stern, he spent 7 years at ESG advisory firm Glass Lewis in San Francisco, where he lead the North American research team. He holds a BA in economics from Bates College and loves camping and cycling.

Raghuveer Dinavahi
Intern

Raghuveer is an intern with the Good Capital Project team. Raghuveer is a Master of Public Administration Candidate specializing in International Finance Policy at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs(SIPA). He is passionate about financial enablement through the use of technology and targeted investments in poverty graduation, and entrepreneurship in emerging markets. Prior to SIPA, Raghuveer worked as a Public sector Consultant across several projects targeted towards strengthening of local governance and community led development in East Africa and South Asia. His time in Columbia’s Impact Investment initiative (CI3), where he worked for an incubator in Ghana, has been crucial in orienting him towards a career in impact investing.

Bob Caruso
Chairman & Managing Partner

Bob is Managing Partner and Chairman of Intentional Media, parent company of SOCAP, Conscious Company Media, Good Capital Project, and other aligned brands. He is Founder and Chairman of The Human Elevation Company, a global media and digital technology company; and is the Founder of Kantian Social Ventures, an investment company that invents, incubates, and invests in a new generation of purpose-driven companies. Prior to these positions, he was President of Select Equity Group, Inc., which manages more than $24 billion in client funds. Prior to Select Equity, Bob was a Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of Highbridge Capital Management. Highbridge managed more than $40 billion in AUM. Prior to Highbridge, he was a Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and the Treasurer of Robertson Stephens, a San Francisco-based global investment bank. He lives in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife Michelle and five kids. (He is regularly seen running around to various soccer and lacrosse games in the Princeton area.)

John Morris
Managing Partner

John is Managing Partner of Intentional Media, parent company of SOCAP, Conscious Company Media, Good Capital Project, and other aligned brands. Previously, John co-founded Snowden Lane Advisors, a wealth management firm currently with $3.5 billion in assets. He also co-founded Clearbrook Global Advisors, an institutional asset management advisory firm that grew assets to over $20 billion in AUAs. Earlier, John spent 23 years at Merrill Lynch, 15 years working with clients in London and Dubai, then New York where he was Chairman of Latin America and Head of International Product and Marketing. He and his wife live in Princeton, New Jersey, and are thrilled about the newest edition to their family, a grandbaby.

Luc Fagerberg
Chief Operating Officer

Luc is COO of Intentional Media. Prior to this he was Head of Business Strategy & Project Management Officer at V2V Capital, where he was responsible for strategy development and managing the various mandates of the firm. Prior to that, Luc was a partner in Impulse Catalysts, an advisory firm specialized in helping start-up renewable energy companies navigate the political, business, financial and regulatory landscapes of international markets. Luc’s experience also includes vast international familiarity having lived in Switzerland, Pakistan, Namibia, Mozambique, and Brazil receiving his education and holding a number of instruction and financial support positions. Luc graduated from Babson College with concentrations in finance and economics, and is quadrilingual.
