Bob is Founder and Chairman of The Human Elevation Company, a global media and digital technology company; and is the Founder of Kantian Social Ventures, an investment company that invents, incubates, and invests in a new generation of purpose driven companies. He is Managing Partner and Chairman of SOCAP Group, a portfolio company of Kantian Social Ventures. Prior to these positions, he was President of Select Equity Group, Inc., which manages more than $24 billion in client funds. Prior to Select Equity, Bob was a Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors’ of Highbridge Capital Management. Highbridge managed more than $40 billion in AUM. Prior to Highbridge, he was a Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and the Treasurer of Robertson Stephens, a San Francisco-based global investment bank. He lives in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife Michelle and five kids. (He is regularly seen running around to various soccer games in the Princeton area.)
John is dedicated to future initiatives and strategies to expand the SOCAP brand and the impact marketplace. John is responsible for the “Good Capital Project” – a two-year design thinking initiative recently launched by SOCAP Group. As CEO of V2V Associates, John consulted to the previous ownership of SOCAP before partnering with Robert Caruso, CEO of Kantian Social Ventures to lead the formation of SOCAP Group to provide the resources needed to expand the brand and social impact. Previously, John Co- founded Snowden Lane Advisors, a wealth management firm currently with 3.5 billion in assets. Initially, John spent 23 years at Merrill Lynch, 15 years working with clients in London and Dubai, then New York where he was Chairman of Latin America and Head of International Product and Marketing. He and his wife live in Princeton, New Jersey, and are thrilled about the newest edition to their family, a grandbaby.
Luc is COO for SOCAP Group. He is Head of Business Strategy & PMO at V2V Capital, where he is responsible for strategy development and managing the various mandates of the firm. Luc was a partner in Impulse Catalysts, an advisory firm specializing in helping renewable energy startups navigate the political, business, financial, and regulatory landscapes of international markets. Luc’s experience includes vast international familiarity – having lived in Switzerland, Pakistan, Namibia, Mozambique, and Brazil – holding a number of instruction and financial support positions and receiving his education. Luc is quadrilingual, graduated from Babson College with concentrations in Finance and Economics. He is currently living in Paris, the city of love.
Holly is the Foundations and International Development Director for Good Capital Project Design Lab. She is the former Executive Director of Princeton in Africa where she was instrumental in transitioning the small non-profit into a thriving organization. Holly has served on a number of non-profit boards and committees in the New York and New Jersey area, including: The Crisis Ministry of Trenton, The Princeton Symphony Orchestra, and The Princeton Junior School. Holly has been an active board member of Planned Parenthood in New Jersey for over 13 years, most recently as Vice Chair of the board and Chair of the development committee. She has extensive non-profit experience in development work including capital campaigns, fundraising strategies, and event planning. She lives in New York City.
Chris focuses on new business initiatives for SOCAP Group, specifically the Good Capital Project. Previously, he was CEO and Co-founder of TAYLR, a digital marketplace for ethically manufactured clothing and accessories. He is originally from Berkeley, California and currently lives in New York City. He is an avid cook and cyclist. He received his BA from Case Western Reserve University, where he studied Art History, Political Science, and Classics.
Growing up in India, Sharadiya witnessed first-hand the impact of and opportunity for substantially improving lives of those less privileged. She hopes to leverage her decade- long experience in asset management and institutional banking in her current pursuit – enabling capital movement towards segments that need it the most. She has an MBA from Indian School of Business and an MPA with a focus on economic policy from Columbia University. She lives in Manhattan.
